CoLiving Concierge operates hundreds of homes and several apartment buildings around Kansas City, and our team is growing. We’re hiring full-time W-2 cleaners and maintenance technicians.

Full-Time Cleaner – $25/hr

Monday–Friday, with optional weekend cleanings. Clean occupied and vacant homes. Experience in residential, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning is a plus.

Full-Time Maintenance Technician – $25+/hr DOE

Monday–Friday plus on-call rotation. Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, appliances, trash-outs, general maintenance, and turnovers. 2+ years of experience and your own hand tools required.

Both positions are W-2 with steady weekly hours and overtime available. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and all hires complete a background check.
